Free Life Signs Business Agreement with Kakao Healthcare

Mutual aid service company Freelife (CEO Kim Man-ki) announced on the 3rd that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with digital healthcare company Kakao Healthcare to strengthen customized healthcare services for customers.

This agreement was signed on July 2nd at Freelife’s headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul, and was attended by Freelife’s CEO Kim Man-ki, Marketing Director Noah Ran, and other key executives, as well as Kakao Healthcare’s CEO Hwang Hee and VC Business Office Managing Director Kim Do-heon.

This agreement was pursued with the purpose of providing professional digital healthcare services to Freelife customers amidst growing interest in health and wellness. The two companies plan to jointly provide customized healthcare services based on Kakao Healthcare’s technological capabilities, such as the AI-based healthcare solution ‘PASTA’ app and continuous blood glucose monitoring devices.

In addition, we plan to increase actual customer satisfaction through healthcare campaigns, promotions, and benefits that fit the customer lifestyle, and to cooperate in expanding Freelife's total life care service portfolio.

Kakao Healthcare stated, “We expect this to be an opportunity to expand the pasta ecosystem in response to the healthcare needs of Freelife customers.” A Freelife official also stated, “We will continue to respond to changing customer needs and innovate services through collaboration in the digital healthcare field.”
