
DLG Law Firm (Representative Attorneys Wonhee Cho and Heechul Ahn) announced on the 3rd that it will hold a seminar on the topic of ‘Changes and Innovations Following the Introduction of the MyData System’ at the Dream Plus Gangnam B1 event hall at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 15th.
This seminar was prepared to discuss response strategies for each sector and to examine the impact of the Personal Information Transmission Request System on all industries, including the medical sector, ahead of its full implementation.
The seminar will begin with a presentation on 'The My Data System in All Fields and the Transmission System Based on the Right to Request Transmission' by Team Leader Kim Dae-hyun of the Korea Internet & Security Agency. Next, Attorney Kim Dong-hwan of DLG Law Firm will give a presentation on 'Changes and Issues Based on Proxy Exercise of the Right to Request Transmission by the Principal.'
In the following session, CEO Hwang Bo-yul of Winu will present on ‘Changes in the healthcare industry brought about by medical MyData’, and attorney Hwang Gyu-ho of DLG will present on ‘Law and data in the digital health era, medical information and regulations, and MyData’. Afterwards, there will be a panel discussion and Q&A session to collect opinions from the industry and discuss the direction of institutional development.
Chief Attorney Cho Won-hee said, “The right to request transmission is a system that can bring about changes to the overall industrial structure beyond the right to access data,” and added, “I hope that this seminar will increase understanding of the MyData system and contribute to the establishment of practical response strategies by the industry.”
