
HT Beyond (CEO Lee Geon-gu), which develops and operates an IoT technology-based residential integration platform, announced on the 3rd that it recently completed a Series B investment of 7 billion won. Puzzle Investment Korea, Industrial Bank of Korea, and ES Investor participated in this investment round.
HT Beyond operates a residential platform called 'BYEBY' that integrates smart home and lifestyle convenience features. Through this investment, the company plans to accelerate the advancement of its platform, including the advancement of data analysis functions and expansion of IoT infrastructure.
HT Beyond launched 'Bybee' in 2019, providing a housing solution that integrates various functions into a single app, such as communal entrance access, elevator calling, parking reservation, community facility use, notice and complaint processing, and electric vehicle charging. In addition, it is increasing the convenience of residents through life-oriented services such as repairs, cleaning, and health management, and is expanding the scope of its services through connections with local commercial districts.
HT Beyond CEO Lee Geon-gu said, “Technological innovation is driving changes in housing culture,” and added, “We will develop it into a platform that provides real value to users, construction companies, and local communities through a data-based housing ecosystem.”
