– Based on operational data from 26,000 companies over 10 years… Presenting a strategy to increase corporate productivity
– Includes many practical examples, including focusing zones, modular walls, and zero-energy offices

Fast Five (CEO Dae-il Kim), a leading domestic office brand, announced the '2025 Office Environment Trend Report' and presented office strategies and practical examples to respond to the changing business environment.
This report is the result of redefining the standards for office environments based on the insights accumulated by Fast Five over the past 10 years of designing and operating offices for over 26,000 companies.
The five key trends presented in the report are ▲Personalized space and horizontal architecture 'ground scraper' ▲Welfare space reflecting organizational culture ▲Modular office ▲Eco-friendly space design focusing on resource recycling ▲Biophilic design. This contains specific directions that solve major challenges faced by companies, such as immersion and collaboration, flexibility and sustainability, through spatial strategies.
Personalization and horizontalization of office space
According to the report, while domestic workers prefer immersive personal workspaces such as single tables and phone booths, horizontal architecture (Groundscraper) that increases openness is emerging as an office design trend overseas. Accordingly, Fast Five is realizing a harmony of personalization and openness by configuring a focusing zone for concentration and a pairing zone for collaboration. Seocho 3rd branch is an example of a long connection between a personalization space and an open lounge.
Expanding welfare spaces that reflect organizational culture
Beyond steam rooms and sleeping rooms, demand for corporate-specific welfare spaces such as book cafes and shower rooms is increasing. However, expanding these welfare spaces can be a cost burden for small and medium-sized businesses, so utilizing shared offices that already have well-equipped welfare facilities is gaining attention as a realistic alternative. A shower room was set up at the Seoul Station branch, which has many member companies that frequently travel, and interior brand Hyphen Design created a rooftop barbecue area for client company employees.
Expanding modular offices with flexible structures
The demand for modular offices that can be flexibly applied to the establishment of TF teams and reorganization to respond to changing internal and external environments is increasing. Fast Five is implementing flexible space configuration and noise reduction effects at the same time by introducing modular walls that can be installed and removed without construction.
Sustainable space centered on resource reuse
The eco-friendly office trend is evolving around recycling waste materials rather than new materials. Eco-friendly ideas such as office supplies made from waste plastic and signboards using coffee grounds are also being applied starting with the Magoknaru branch.
The spread of biophilic design
'Biophilic design', which reflects natural elements such as plants in office space, contributes to the psychological stability and improved engagement of employees. Fast Five Apgujeong branch is a case that received zero-energy building approval and actively applied biophilic design.
Currently, Fast Five operates 56 office branches, the largest in Korea, and is receiving attention as an alternative to lower fixed costs by providing integrated office services including IT facilities, office furniture, copiers, and cleaning and general affairs personnel. In addition, it is expanding its office solutions that encompass space planning and construction in general, such as 'Hyphen Design', 'Powered by Fast Five', and 'Building Solution'.
CEO Kim Dae-il said, “Office environment is now a strategic asset that goes beyond simple welfare and determines a company’s engagement, productivity, and competitiveness,” and added, “Based on the office operation know-how we have accumulated with over 26,000 companies over the past 10 years, we will continue to establish ourselves as a leading brand that sets the standard for offices.”
