BHSN Signs MOU with Hangul and Computer

BHSN (CEO Jeong-geun Lim) , which operates the legal AI solution 'allibee', announced on July 3 that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Hangul & Computer (hereinafter Hancom) for the introduction of legal AI.

Through this agreement, the two companies will establish a cooperative system that includes ▲AI technology exchange and provision of guidance ▲platform opening ▲product linkage, and will apply BHSN's legal AI function to Hancom's main document writing service.

BHSN plans to provide its core function, ‘AI Contract Review,’ as an add-on to Hancom Office’s ‘Hangeul’ and cloud-based document platform ‘Hancom Docs.’ In addition, it plans to develop a system that links its self-developed large-scale language model (Legal-LLM) specialized in the legal field to Hancom’s AI-based document creation tool, ‘Hancom Assistant,’ to provide users with a legal AI-based document analysis function.

Hancom will provide technical guidance for the development of BHSN’s add-on service and will cooperate to ensure that Legal AI’s document editing function is compatible with its document platform. Future service usage methods and fees will be disclosed at the time of official launch.

BHSN CEO Lim Jeong-geun said, “Contract review is a task where accuracy is important, and AI technology specialized in law can actually contribute to work efficiency,” and “Through this agreement, we plan to expand the scope of utilization of Legal AI to the public sector as well as the private sector.”

“Through our collaboration with BHSN, we will be able to provide Hancom users with a more professional contract document creation environment,” said Seunghyun Jang, head of Hancom’s AI business division. “We will continue to advance our AI technology to create a user-centered smart document environment.”
