
The Korea Accelerator Association (KAIA), a non-profit organization, announced on the 4th that it will hold the '2025 Cross-Border Startup Builders Forum with India' on the 1st floor of Seoul Startup Hub M-Plus in Magok-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul from 2 PM to 6 PM on July 9, 2025.
This forum is designed to provide domestic startups and early investors planning to enter the Indian market with a greater understanding of the Indian startup ecosystem and practical insights on successful entry strategies. The event is co-hosted by KAIA and Indian law firm Zeus Law Associates.
The forum will be attended by experts from various fields, including Krafton India CEO Hyunil Son, Zeus Law’s Managing Partner Sunil Tyagi, Partner Yeshi Rinchhen, and domestic global accelerator Simsan Ventures, who will address topics related to technology and innovation opportunities in the Indian market, incorporation procedures, foreign direct investment (FDI) strategies, intellectual property protection, and dispute response.
In particular, Krafton CEO Son Hyun-il plans to share his successful case of entering the Indian market and announce a strategy for conquering a market with a population of 1 billion. After the presentation, a panel discussion will be held on the topic of 'Startup Entry into the Indian Market – Is it a Challenge or an Opportunity?' In addition, on-site 1:1 consultations will be provided upon prior application.
