Star Seed Co., Ltd. (CEO Son Bo-mi), which develops and operates the generative AI-based global PR automation platform ‘Pulitzer AI’, announced on the 8th that it won an award at the 26th Women’s Entrepreneurship Competition.
The Women's Entrepreneurship Competition is the only competition for female (potential) entrepreneurs in Korea, hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and organized by the Women's Enterprise Comprehensive Support Center. A total of 1,131 teams participated in this year's competition, recording a competition rate of approximately 28:1, and 40 of them were selected as final winners. Starseed was included in the top 26 teams and secured a spot in the integrated finals of 'Challenge! K-Startup 2025' to be held in September.
Starseed is operating a SaaS-based PR platform called 'Pulitzer AI' that automates the entire PR process from press release writing to distribution, news monitoring, and performance analysis. Pulitzer AI has currently secured over 2,000 users without paid marketing, and the cumulative number of press releases created has exceeded 10,000.
The company explained that the core technologies of Pulitzer AI include automatic article generation using large language models (LLM), a reporter matching algorithm, and a clipping service based on sentiment analysis, and that it holds patents for some of the functions. Starseed is continuing development with the goal of enhancing its functions as an AI PR expert agent in the future.
Recently, the news clipping function has been strengthened, and it has been equipped with a function that automatically collects and summarizes domestic and foreign news articles based on keywords and even provides sentiment analysis results. Users can receive clipping results via email or KakaoTalk, and it is characterized by the ability to view foreign paid media articles in translated and summarized form.
Starseed CEO Son Bo-mi said, “This award is a recognition of the potential of our AI technology-based PR automation service,” and added, “We will continue to develop solutions suitable for the global PR market and contribute to improving users’ actual work efficiency through service advancements.”
