Freelife (CEO Kim Man-ki) announced on the 8th that it has ranked first in the '2025 Korea Consumer Satisfaction No. 1' lifestyle service mutual aid sector for the 8th consecutive year.

Free Life, which won the award at the awards ceremony held at The Riverside Hotel in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 30th, received high praise for providing a 'total funeral care service' that covers the entire funeral process. Professional funeral directors and funeral directors provide meticulous service from funeral reception to departure, and free consultations are available anywhere in the country.

We also provide aftercare services such as thank-you notes for visitors, digital memorial halls, post-mortem care for the bereaved family, and organization of remains.

Freelife has expertise in participating in state funerals, including the Presidential State Funeral and the Prime Minister's State Funeral, and operates a professional funeral home brand called 'Shilnakwon'. It currently operates 15 directly managed funeral homes nationwide and provides premium funeral services.

In addition, we are expanding our business area to 'Total Life Care Service' that covers the entire customer life cycle, including weddings, cruise travel, home interiors, weddings, first birthday parties, language training, and burial services.

Kim Man-ki, CEO of Freelife, said, “Winning the award for eight consecutive years is thanks to the trust of our customers and the dedication of our employees,” and added, “We will continue to lead the development of the mutual aid industry by strengthening customer-centered services based on differentiated expertise and know-how.”
