Daejeon Innovation Center Signs Business Agreement with Nova Ventures

Daejeon Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Daehee Park, hereinafter referred to as Daejeon Innovation Center) and Nova Ventures (CEO Jiyoung Park) are entering into a strategic collaboration to discover and foster domestic deep tech startups.

This MOU, signed at the Daejeon Startup Park headquarters on the 7th, has the common goal of ‘activating the startup ecosystem through discovery, investment, and fostering of deep tech startups’ and plans to jointly promote practical support programs such as ▲joint discovery of promising startups ▲fund creation and operation ▲mentoring and networking.

The two organizations will actively discuss establishing and operating a joint fund while expanding the areas of cooperation that can be carried out step by step, from startup discovery to investment review and growth support.

Park Ji-young, CEO of Nova Ventures, said, “This agreement is a great opportunity to combine our respective expertise and networks to discover and grow real deep-tech startups.” He added, “We will not spare our support to help technology companies with high growth potential to be verified in the market more quickly and even advance into the global market.”
