Toss Lab (CEO Daehyun Kim), which provides the business collaboration tool JANDI, announced that it will begin full-scale cooperation with its Japanese partner Vision Inc. (CEO Kenichi Sano) to expand JANDI AI in the Japanese market.

Vision Inc. is a telecommunications service company listed on the Prime Market of the Japan Stock Exchange (JPX), and is a global telecommunications platform company that provides overseas data telecommunications services and a wide range of B2B services to over 200 countries around the world. Currently, over 2,000 members and affiliate members are utilizing JANDI.

Since signing a partnership in 2019 to enter the Japanese corporate collaboration tool market, Toss Lab and Vision have been leading the expansion of JANDI in the Japanese market based on their local sales network and customer support capabilities. In particular, as of the end of 2024, JANDI sales have grown by 20% year-on-year, solidifying their position in the Japanese collaboration tool market.

Vision is actively participating in improving the user experience of Japanese users by providing feedback on localization of functions such as Japanese support, yen payment, and Japanese emoticons. Vision is also actively utilizing JANDI AI in its own AI transformation. Vision is utilizing JANDI AI to solve problems related to internal systems and share company-wide information, and is expanding the use of AI to various business areas such as summarizing customer response history, automatic classification, and decision support.

Hayashi, deputy general manager of the Vision Systems Division, said, “JANDI AI helps us quickly identify the information necessary to resolve issues related to internal systems, and shortens trouble response times.” He added, “Based on our own experience of the utility of JANDI AI, we plan to actively propose the introduction of AI to our corporate customers in Japan.”

Kim Dae-hyun, CEO of Toss Lab, said, “Our vision is to be a global growth partner that has built a strong relationship of trust as both a customer and a partner,” and added, “Through the proven collaborative synergy between our two companies, we will respond more quickly to the AI transition of Japanese companies.”
