Venture Business Association, 'HR Bridge' officially launched

The Korea Venture Business Association (Chairman Song Byeong-jun, hereinafter referred to as the “Association”) announced on Tuesday, July 8 that it signed agreements with excellent AI and IT talent training institutions and officially launched “HR Bridge,” a customized recruitment linkage service for member companies.

Through this agreement, the association has added three additional institutions (Greb, Team Sparta, and Bit Computer) to the existing five educational institutions (Multicampus, Like a Lion, Ellis, Fast Campus, and Megacareer Lab), bringing the total number of institutions to eight. Through this, it is expected that the talent scouting and recruitment linkage of member companies will be further strengthened.

'HR Bridge' is a recruitment platform that connects graduates of IT developer boot camps, such as artificial intelligence (AI) and software (SW), with venture companies. The partner organizations plan to cooperate in various areas, such as providing job seeker information and promoting participating companies, to create actual recruitment results centered on the platform.

The association has played a central role in the field of talent development and recruitment linkage, supporting the recruitment of 2,012 excellent talents and conducting capacity building training for 608 employees over the past 24 years. The launch of 'HR Bridge' is the result of systematizing these efforts.

This service reduces the time and cost burden in the hiring process by recommending excellent venture company employment opportunities to young job seekers and excellent talent to venture companies. In particular, it is expected to contribute to creating jobs for young people through linkages centered on IT developers. The association plans to gradually expand the service target to various job groups other than IT in the future.

Lee Jeong-min, Secretary General of the Korea Venture Business Association, said, “HR Bridge is a customized recruitment service that can solve the talent shortage that venture businesses are experiencing,” and added, “We will create a practical linked ecosystem where educational institutions, businesses, and job seekers can grow together.”
