Healthcare data platform company LuluMedic announced on the 9th that it signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with ProAir Korea , a company specializing in overseas patient transport, to strengthen emergency response during overseas travel.
This agreement aims to strengthen the domestic transportation and treatment support service for patients in case of emergency medical situations while staying overseas by linking Lulumedic’s travel care service ‘Assist Card’ with Pro Air Korea’s global transportation capabilities. In particular, the two companies plan to enhance the system so that Assist Card subscribers can more easily use overseas emergency transportation means such as air ambulances.
Assist Card is a comprehensive travel care service that supports medical expenses and transportation expenses in the event of an emergency such as an accident or illness while traveling abroad, and even provides local emergency rescue services. Through this agreement, the coverage limit will be flexibly expanded, and by combining ProAir Korea’s global network and LuluMedic’s AI healthcare platform, comprehensive services will be provided from transportation to treatment and aftercare.
In addition, by providing integrated medical expenses, transfer airfare, 24-hour medical consultation, and local interpretation services, we aim to reduce language barriers and financial burdens overseas and create a safer travel environment.
