HNIX, Naver Cloud-InnoRules Sign Business Agreement

Total IT service company HNIX (CEO Dong-won Cha) announced on the 10th that it signed a three-party business agreement (MOU) with Naver Cloud (CEO Yu-won Kim) and InnoRules (CEO Jang In-soo) to promote AI transformation (AX) by industry.

The main content of this agreement is to jointly promote digital innovation based on cloud and artificial intelligence technology in each industry and to develop industry-specific solutions and services by combining the capabilities and technologies of each company. The scope of cooperation includes the discovery of digital transformation tasks by industry group, planning and development of customized AI models, cloud service design, and joint commercialization.

The three companies plan to jointly plan digital transformation solutions based on the detailed needs of the field, targeting major industries such as shipbuilding, manufacturing/logistics, and construction, conduct verification (PoC, Proof of Concept) of the developed solutions in real environments, and accumulate success cases for commercialization.

The agreement also includes measures for technological cooperation and joint business promotion centered on the Southeast region to strengthen the digital competitiveness of regional industries, and in the long term, aims to lay the foundation for accelerating the transition to AI across domestic industries.

Naver Cloud Executive Director Tae-Geon Lim said, “Based on our global-level cloud infrastructure and generative AI ‘HyperClova X,’ we will actively support the digital transformation and introduction of AI in the domestic manufacturing industry.”

Inoruls CEO Jang In-su said, “We will focus on developing practical AX/DX solutions that contribute to our customers’ business innovation and performance creation based on each company’s technological prowess and know-how.”

HNIX CEO Cha Dong-won emphasized, “AI and digital transformation are essential tasks for securing the survival and competitiveness of the entire industry,” and “Through this agreement, we will contribute to the transformation process of major industries and establish a sustainable technology cooperation system.”
