Needspersand Co., Ltd. (CEO Namjin Kim) announced that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with Morisawa Korea for the Japanese market entry and marketing cooperation of the blockchain DeFi messenger service 'TomaTok'.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to cooperate in establishing and executing online and offline marketing strategies related to Tomatok’s entry into the Japanese market, and to promote joint efforts to establish governance and strengthen brand awareness in Japan.
The two companies also agreed to establish a business partnership to discover and broker blockchain game companies in Japan, and to cooperate in marketing activities to expand the GameFi platform and strengthen the local network.
In addition, Needspersand plans to introduce Morisawa Korea's font solution to game companies within the Tomatok platform as a priority and expand related collaboration.
Tomatok is a blockchain-based DeFi messenger provided by Needspersand Co., Ltd., which provides real-time translation chat, free call, and video call services in over 120 countries, and is equipped with its own game content and blockchain game functions. In the future, it plans to add AI functions to provide integrated customized cryptocurrency asset management and messenger services. =
