AI managed service specialist Bespin Global (CEO Heo Yang-ho) announced on the 10th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with financial AI solution company Coupa (CEO Noh Myeong-heon) to jointly promote a next-generation financial AI platform.
This agreement is part of a strategic collaboration that combines the technological and operational capabilities of both companies to accelerate the digital transformation of the financial industry and set a new standard in the generative AI-based financial platform market.
According to the agreement, the two companies plan to jointly develop a next-generation financial AI solution by linking Coupa's financial-specialized AI platform 'Omni AI' and Bespin Global's 'HelpNow Agentic AI Platform'. The solution aims to provide reliable customer response and improve corporate work efficiency, and the two companies will discover joint business opportunities and cooperate throughout the project execution. They also plan to expand the scope of application of the AI platform to various industries including finance.
Through its own LLM-based financial AI platform, 'Omni AI', Coupa provides various services such as corporate analysis, investment rating evaluation, public disclosure summary, news briefing, and abnormal transaction detection. In particular, it has commercialized real-time investment research reports and investment strategy simulation services through 'AI Wall Street Insight' supplied to Hana Securities. The platform supports multimodal analysis and multilingual real-time processing functions, and has recently attempted to expand the application of AI to non-financial fields such as the music industry.
Bespin Global's 'HelpNow Agentic AI Platform' is an LLM-based AI assistant development and operation platform that can be utilized in various industries, and provides advanced functions such as multi-LLM linkage, RAG-based response system, and multi-agent creation. The number of practical application cases is increasing in education, public sector, manufacturing, and tourism including finance.
A Bespin Global official said, “This collaboration will be the starting point for the expansion of the financial AI ecosystem,” and added, “We will lead the digital transformation of the entire industry through customer experience innovation based on generative AI.”
The Kupa side expressed their expectations for the collaboration, saying, “Through cooperation with Bespin Global, we will increase the technological perfection of the financial AI platform and accelerate the implementation of customer-tailored services.”
