SnapTag Signs Business Agreement with SUHO JAPAN

SnapTag (CEO Min Kyung-woong) signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with Japanese IT service company SUHO JAPAN on the 9th for joint sales and business performance creation in the invisible watermark market.

This agreement includes mutual cooperation to expand the invisible watermark market and create new business opportunities based on the core technologies and capabilities of both companies.

SnapTag is taking the lead in the domestic market by commercializing its own invisible watermark technology. It has acquired numerous domestic and international patents and GS certification grade 1, and its technological prowess has been recognized by receiving the Minister of Science and ICT Award.

SUHO JAPAN is a Japanese IT service company established in 2010. It provides various IT services such as cloud platform construction and operation, data center services, server and network equipment sales, and game content development, and supports the digital transformation of major Japanese companies.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to pursue various cooperative activities, including market expansion, exchange of sales information, marketing cooperation, division of roles and profit sharing when winning business orders, and sharing of information on the status of use of invisible watermarks. In particular, the goal is to expand the use of invisible watermark technology and strengthen competitiveness in the Japanese market.

A SnapTag official said, “The collaboration with SUHO JAPAN will be an important opportunity for entering the global market, including Japan,” and “We expect that the application of invisible watermark solutions will expand in various industrial fields through SUHO’s IT service capabilities and sales know-how.”
