Edupai Education Center, selected as a demand company for the '2025 Data Voucher Support Project'

Edupai Education Center (CEO Lee Ji-seon), a company specializing in educational content based on personality and behavioral type diagnosis, announced on the 11th that it was finally selected as a demand company for the '2025 Data Voucher Support Project' hosted by the Korea Data Industry Promotion Agency.

Edupai Education Center is a company that has developed and provided customized organizational education content based on the personality and behavioral type diagnostic tool DISC (Drive, Influence, Steadiness, Compliance). This selection is the result of a comprehensive evaluation of its experience and expertise in content development, copyright ownership, and instructor training course operation performance.

DISC diagnosis is a representative psychological diagnostic tool that analyzes an individual's behavioral type and is used to enhance self-understanding, communicate effectively, strengthen leadership, and build teamwork within an organization. Based on this, Edupai Education Center provides customized organizational culture education and team building programs to various companies and institutions.

So far, Edupai Education Center has provided education to major private companies such as Hyundai Mobis, Nexon, Hive, CJ CheilJedang, and SK, as well as public institutions. In particular, it is operating a program that understands the behavioral characteristics of members through a participatory curriculum centered on practice and strengthens communication and collaboration capabilities based on this.

Through this data voucher support project, Edupai Education Center plans to advance the online diagnosis system and strengthen the automated reporting function. It is also seeking to expand into an education program for seniors.

An official from the Edupai Education Center said, “DISC-based education is proving effective as a tool to increase understanding and cooperation among members in an organizational environment where various age groups and job groups are mixed,” and added, “We will further increase the precision and usability of the education program by incorporating data-based diagnostic technology.”

CEO Lee Ji-seon said, “This selection as a demand company is seen as a positive evaluation of the expertise and market expansion potential of DISC content,” and added, “We will continue to contribute to the growth of the organization through data-based customized education solutions.”
