Canevi Mobility submits 'preliminary examination application' for KOSDAQ listing

Carnebi Mobility , an automotive electronics and mobility solutions company, announced on the 11th that it had submitted a preliminary examination application for listing on KOSDAQ to the Korea Exchange. The lead manager for the listing is Daishin Securities.

Founded in 2001, Canevi Mobility began its business by initially supplying aftermarket electrical components, and has since expanded its business areas to include PIO (Port Installed Option), autonomous driving solutions, and smart mobility.

The company is developing core technologies for Software Defined Vehicles (SDVs) in line with the trend of software-centric transformation of vehicles. In particular, it is expanding collaboration with global automakers through technologies such as in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) systems, LiDAR, data communication units (DCUs), and vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communications.

In the IVI sector, we develop and supply in-vehicle infotainment systems such as digital cockpit platforms, and in the case of lidar, the application range is expanding beyond vehicles to railway and urban infrastructure. In fact, as of June, about 3,500 units were delivered to subways and the Gyeongin Line in Seoul, Daegu, and Busan, and the crosswalk voice guidance device equipped with the lidar sensor 'VL-R2' was designated as an excellent product by the Public Procurement Service.

Canevi Mobility is pursuing a transformation into a smart mobility company by expanding into various mobility fields such as not only automobiles but also ships, drones, and robots, and plans to accelerate technological advancement and business area expansion through listing.
