Global short-form partner SHORTT (CEO Sangsoo Yoon) announced on the 14th that it will be conducting large-scale public recruitment in the second half of 2025, following double-digit hiring last year.
Shortt is a short-form specialized marketing solution company with the largest short-form creator network in Korea. It is an official partner of major platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Meta, and plans and executes digital advertising campaigns with over 100 creator channels. It provides a 'short-form marketing value chain solution' as its core service, from planning of digital comprehensive advertising campaigns based on short-form to creator management, creative, and commerce.
Shortt has been recording a high annual growth rate of over 200% since its establishment in 2021. In 2024, annual sales reached 16.3 billion won, breaking the record for the highest performance ever. This is about a three-fold increase from the previous year. Sales in the first quarter of 2025 also increased 3.3-fold compared to the same period last year, continuing the high growth trend.
The three core business divisions of content marketing, creator commerce, and global short-form campaigns have driven the performance. To date, we have collaborated with over 300 brands and are achieving significant growth in global marketing markets, especially in North America and Southeast Asia.
In order to further solidify this growth, Shortt plans to fully expand its new business area, TikTok Shop Commerce. Accordingly, it will hire around 20 new and experienced employees. The recruitment areas are ▲Brand Partnership Division (AE, TikTok Shop Commerce Marketer) ▲Creator Relationship Division (Creator Growth Partner, Commerce Planning Partner) ▲Creator Division (Art Director) in total of three areas.
