CNT Tech, '2025 Early Startup Package' Recruiting Startups in Deep Tech Field

CNT Tech (CEO Jeon Hwa-seong) announced on Wednesday, July 16 that it will participate as the main organization in the '2025 Early Startup Package (Deep Tech Field)' hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Institute of Startups and Entrepreneurship Development, and recruit promising early-stage startups.

The 'Early Startup Package (Deep Tech Field)' is a project that selects companies with excellent startup items in five deep tech technology fields: ▲Big Data/AI ▲Bio/Health ▲Future Mobility ▲Robots ▲Eco-friendliness/Energy, targeting early startups established within 3 years of establishment, and provides an average of 70 million won (maximum 100 million won) in commercialization funds and customized startup programs.

CNT Tech will participate as the main organization in the big data and AI fields, and plans to provide practical scale-up programs for selected startups, including ▲prototype production and commercialization funding ▲technology transfer and verification ▲investment attraction ▲domestic and international sales channel development ▲connection with collaboration with large corporations. In particular, it plans to support securing initial funds through direct investment using its own investment resources and linkage with the TIPS R&D program, and to provide opportunities for investment and business collaboration with large and medium-sized corporations in cooperation with Korea & Company, DB Capital, SM Culture Partners, Hector Group, Joycity, Kakao Enterprise, etc., thereby driving practical growth of startups.

Business applications can be submitted from July 16 (Wed) to August 4 (Mon) 16:00 through the K-Startup website . Applicants must register as members and verify their real names and companies, then select 'CNT Tech' as the host organization and submit a business plan. Detailed qualification requirements and application methods can be found in the announcement on the K-Startup website.

Meanwhile, CNT Tech has been selected as the host institution for the Early Startup Package for five consecutive years since 2020, and has fostered a total of 124 startups, achieving cumulative investment attraction of 17 billion won, including direct investment of 3.45 billion won, cumulative sales of approximately 140 billion won, and job creation of 602 people. In 2024, it successfully attracted 3.3 billion won in investment from 12 fostering companies and connected with TIPS for eight companies, and in recognition of these achievements, it was selected as the 'Best Host Institution for the Early Startup Package' three times in total in 2021, 2023, and 2024.
