DK Tech (CEO Won-joo Lee) announced on the 16th that by linking Chatbot Now to the shopping mall integrated management service 'Sabangnet', open market operators using Sabangnet can now create an integrated customer consulting environment.
Chatbot Now is a CS chatbot exclusively for KakaoTalk-based shopping mall operators, jointly developed and operated by DK Techin, a subsidiary of Kakao, and K&Works. It automatically processes simple inquiries such as order/delivery inquiry, cancellation/exchange/return through chatbots, thereby increasing customer convenience and reducing CS costs.
Sabangnet is the largest integrated shopping mall management service in Korea, and supports efficient management of sales tasks such as product registration, order processing, and inventory management in one place for major open markets such as Naver Smart Store, Coupang, 11th Street, and Gmarket. Currently, Sabangnet is linked to approximately 650 sales outlets and is widely used by e-commerce businesses that aim for multi-channel operation.
With this ChatbotNow integration, sellers using Sabangnet can now provide integrated consultations through ChatbotNow regardless of the customer ordering location. This allows for the unification of customer responses that were previously distributed across sales locations, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and maximizing operational efficiency.
Kim Jeong-woo, managing director of Daou Technology, the operator of Sabangnet, said, “Sabangnet has been providing stable shopping mall integrated management services to over 7,000 clients for the past 13 years, and is developing into an all-in-one platform that encompasses customer consulting experience based on the know-how accumulated over the past 13 years,” adding, “To this end, we plan to further expand our cooperative system with various partners in the future.”
