V Dream Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Min-ji), which operates a telework system specialized for the disabled, announced that it has fully introduced the 'Eum Mentoring' program to help disabled workers adapt to stable work. The program was piloted early this year and has now been officially launched.

'Eum Mentoring' is a program designed to help disabled workers who are new to working from home adapt to work more quickly and improve their communication skills and work efficiency. In particular, it is key to share practical advice and emotional support by matching them 1:1 or 1:N with senior disabled workers who have gained work experience in the same environment.

The mentors for 'Eum Mentoring' are selected from among workers who have worked from home for more than three years through Vdream and have excellent work performance and attitude, and the mentees are selected from among workers who joined the company in the relevant year through Vdream and applied for the mentoring program.

Mentors and mentees who meet through 'Eum Mentoring' will communicate continuously through team chats and regular monthly meetings for 3 months, and meetings as needed. V-Dream matches the right people by considering the tendencies and work content of the mentors and mentees, and a dedicated manager coaches and manages the entire operation from matching. Appropriate compensation is paid to teams that complete the mentoring program.

Through 'Eum Mentoring', V-Dream expects the following effects: ▲shortening the period of job adaptation for workers ▲forming a network among disabled workers ▲strengthening leadership ▲establishing a differentiated talent pool. In addition, it plans to monitor the mentoring program regularly to maintain its quality.

Kim Min-ji, CEO of V-Dream, said, “We will continue to improve the ‘Eum Mentoring’ program so that disabled workers can practically resolve the unfamiliarity and difficulties they may feel when working in a new environment. We will continue to introduce various programs to support the growth of disabled workers.”

Meanwhile, V-Dream is actively supporting job connections between disabled workers and companies based on its customized telework system 'Flip' and talent matching solution. In particular, it is gaining attention by building a data-based employment system that accurately analyzes and connects the capabilities of disabled workers and the talent needs of companies through AI-based precision matching technology.
