
HNIX (CEO Dong-won Cha) announced on the 17th that it signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with TmaxTivero (CEO Kyung-hee Park) , a database management system (DBMS) specialist, with the goal of strengthening DBMS market competitiveness and creating innovative synergy.
This agreement is significant in that it goes beyond a simple partnership and is a practical partnership for expanding the domestic DBMS ecosystem and providing customized solutions to customers. Through this agreement, the two companies expect to have various effects, including ▲ expanding the DBMS solution market, ▲ maximizing synergy in sales and technical support, and ▲ strengthening competitiveness in the DBMS market.
The two companies plan to combine their respective technologies and sales networks to expand the domestic market share of DBMS solutions and strengthen customized customer services. Specifically, HNIX will actively secure sales opportunities for TmaxTibero's main product, 'Tibero', and focus on sharing business information and discovering new customers targeting HNIX customers and major companies agreed upon by the two companies. TmaxTibero will guarantee sales rights for customers proposed by HNIX and actively cooperate in sales and technical support for Tibero sales.
In addition, the two companies plan to further strengthen their market response and business drive by regularly sharing rapidly changing market trends and various information. In particular, they plan to focus on increasing mutual benefits based on mutual trust and expand the scope of cooperation to include database solution maintenance business to improve service stability and operational efficiency.
