
Brils (CEO Jeon Jin) announced on the 22nd that it signed an industry-academic cooperation memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Hanbom High School for the purpose of fostering smart technology talent. This agreement aims to establish a practical education system that meets the needs of the industrial field.
The signing ceremony was held on the 21st at Brils headquarters in Songdo, Incheon, and was attended by Brils CEO Jeon Jin, Hanbom High School Vice Principal Lee Jeom-ju, and officials from both organizations. Along with the signing ceremony, the '2025 SME Specialized High School Human Resources Development Project Performance Management Committee Workshop' was also held, and participants had the opportunity to directly observe Brils' robot solutions and technologies.
Through this agreement, the two sides plan to cooperate in ▲ joint development of educational courses based on intelligent and industrial robot control technology ▲ cooperation in fostering industrial manpower and creating jobs ▲ operation of practical programs centered on field training and employment linkage. Through this, the goal is to foster talents with competitiveness in smart factories and automation industries, which are key areas of the 4th industrial revolution.
Brils is a company that has accumulated technological prowess in the robotics industry by developing its own robot control systems, autonomous driving platforms, and industrial automation solutions. Recently, it has also expanded its robotics education infrastructure through collaborations with Hanyang University ERICA, Korea University of Engineering, and Seoul Artificial Intelligence High School.
A Brils official said, “This agreement will contribute to the spread of a job-centered education model that can respond to the future industrial environment,” and “We will ensure that the capabilities of young people are strengthened and employment is linked at the same time through practical industry-academic cooperation that combines technology and education.”
