Deweyle supplies customized performance management solution 'Clap' to Inzi Group

Performance management solution startup Deweil (CEO Ja-wook Koo) announced on the 24th that it has supplied its customized performance management solution 'CLAP' to Inzi Group (Chairman Koo-yong Jeong), a global advanced parts manufacturing company.

Founded in 1978, Inzi Group operates businesses in the manufacturing industry, including automobiles, displays, semiconductor equipment, and construction materials, and has a total of 39 corporations, including 15 domestic corporations and 24 overseas corporations, and approximately 8,000 employees.

The cognitive group had been continuously requesting customization because the HR SaaS solution they were using previously was not flexible enough to reflect their evaluation methods and internal report formats. In particular, they pointed out work inefficiencies such as the large amount of resources required to manually organize individual reports after evaluation, and thus a system conversion based on automation was needed.

Accordingly, the cognitive group decided to introduce Dewey's modular customization solution 'Clap', judging that its flexibility and configurable range are in line with the organization's performance management direction.

Clap provides various functions such as goal setting, feedback, one-on-one (1:1 meeting), evaluation operation, and report extraction in the form of modules, and can be 100% customized to fit the organizational culture and operating system of each client company. In addition, it is easy to link with existing systems through various open APIs, and a support system such as dedicated customer support (CSM), integrated training, regular updates, and security management has also been established.

A HR manager at Inzi Group said, “There has been a continuous internal demand to establish a performance management system that is suitable for the organization, and we decided to introduce Clap because it stands out for its design that matches the headquarters’ operating style and its functions that can encourage member participation.”

Dewey CEO Gu Ja-wook explained, “Since each company has a different organizational culture and evaluation system, the need for a solution that can flexibly reflect these is growing,” and “Clap is supporting the establishment of a performance management environment tailored to each customer regardless of industry or size based on a modular structure.”
