Buzzni (Co-CEOs Nam Sang-hyeop and Kim Seong-guk) , an artificial intelligence (AI) technology-based service company, announced on the 24th that it will supply the commerce AI subscription service 'Aplus AI' to KT Alpha Shopping.
Buzzni is a company that has been researching and developing commerce AI technology for 15 years, and currently provides various AI technologies such as search AI, recommendation systems, chatbots, product summaries, product catalog automation, and review analysis through its 'Aplus AI' platform.
The technology being offered to KT Alpha Shopping this time is 'APlus Search AI', an AI-based search engine that analyzes users' clicks and purchase history to provide high accuracy and wide coverage. It is characterized by the application of the latest technologies such as image analysis and automatic attribute extraction to improve the search experience and contribute to increased purchase conversion rates.
KT Alpha Shopping conducted a PoC (proof of concept) test prior to full-scale introduction, and during the process, it was confirmed that search sales increased by an average of 20% or more compared to existing search solutions, leading to a formal contract.
With this agreement, Buzzni plans to expand the scope of its commerce AI solutions. In particular, it plans to continue collaboration to increase sales and improve user experience for e-commerce companies, focusing on search AI technology.
Buzzni CEO Nam Sang-hyeop said, “As search has recently been taking up a larger portion of total e-commerce sales, the demand for AI-based search solutions is also increasing,” and added, “We will continue to secure differentiated competitiveness in the commerce AI field through technological advancements.”
