S&I Corporation (CEO Hyung Won-jun, hereinafter referred to as S&I), a comprehensive real estate management company based on PropTech, has introduced an emergency response manual and practical training program containing 50 years of space management know-how to create an educational environment where young people can learn safely.

SNI announced on the 24th that it has established an emergency response manual for 19 campuses of the Youth Employment Academy jointly operated by the Seoul Economic Promotion Agency (SBA) and the Seoul Metropolitan Government, and successfully completed emergency response practical training for each campus operation manager at the Mapo TL Center Safety Education Experience Center.

This training was conducted for approximately 30 campus facility management managers and education operation managers. The training focused on customized emergency response manuals that reflect the characteristics and operating environment of each campus, and provided detailed guidance on response procedures for each emergency situation and practical use of the manuals.

In addition, we conducted virtual experiences and response training for various emergency situations that threaten the safety of trainees, such as fire, power outage, and illegal intrusion, to further enhance the rapid and systematic response capabilities of those in charge.

In order to establish this emergency response manual, SNI utilized its 50 years of facility management know-how and differentiated space management consulting capabilities to directly inspect each campus site and closely analyze potential risk factors in educational spaces through in-depth interviews with managers. In addition, it reviewed actual possible emergency situations by scenario and reflected specific response solutions for each situation in the manual, such as emergency response organization structure, evacuation routes, and emergency equipment.

Since March of this year, SNI has been providing expert consulting on ▲upgrading facility operation ▲improving spatial environment ▲increasing operational efficiency for 19 Youth Employment Academy campuses located throughout Seoul, and the development of this emergency response manual was also carried out as part of this consulting.

In the future, SNI plans to continue to work with the Seoul Economic Promotion Agency to further enhance the campus facility operation manual and provide consulting for the creation of an AI campus, thereby creating a future-oriented educational space where young people can grow with peace of mind.

Hyungwon Jun, CEO of SNI, said, “The Youth Employment Officers’ Academy is a very important public education program that fosters practical talent in the digital and software fields and supports young people’s employment and entrepreneurship. I think this collaboration is very meaningful because it can contribute to stable campus operation and student safety management.” He added, “We will continue to take the lead in creating a safe educational environment where future talents can grow with peace of mind based on the professional space management consulting capabilities we have accumulated so far.”

An official from the Seoul Economic Promotion Agency said, “The Youth Employment Academy is a key educational platform that supports young people’s employment and entrepreneurship, and safe and systematic operation is a key element in creating an environment that young people can trust and immerse themselves in.” He added, “Through S&I’s excellent safety management consulting, our campus operation system has been further professionally strengthened. We will continue to work with S&I to actively create an educational space where young people can learn safely.”
