Cyberdyne Completes Acquisition and Merger of Security Specialist 'Pantalab'

Cyberdigm (CEO Kim Kyung-chae), a company specializing in document centralization solutions, announced on the 25th that it has officially completed the merger process with security technology company Pantalab (CEO Kim Seong-jung) and has begun full-scale operation of the integrated corporation.

Pantalab is a company that possesses security technologies that control various forms of intellectual property, such as data loss prevention (DLP), source code security, and web content leakage prevention (Web DLP). Through this merger, Cyberdigm has strengthened the stability and scalability of document centralization technology, while securing an additional security solution lineup to provide security services across endpoints. Endpoint security refers to technologies that protect user devices such as laptops and smartphones within a company from cyber security threats.

Cyberdyne CEO Kim Kyung-chae said, “This M&A will be an opportunity to complete a security ecosystem that goes beyond securing technological capabilities and encompasses the entire cycle of corporate data creation, protection, and utilization.” He added, “We will lead the document security infrastructure, which is becoming increasingly important in the AI and cloud environments.”

Meanwhile, Cyberdyne is providing document centralization and security solutions to various industries including public institutions, finance, manufacturing, and healthcare, and is expanding its market presence through an integrated security platform that responds to various security requirements.
