AI and cloud company Megazone Cloud (CEO Dong-Hoon Yeom) held an event on the 24th at the Chosun Palace in Gangnam, Seoul, to share AI introduction and organizational settlement plans with about 50 CFOs (Chief Financial Officers) and CMOs (Chief Marketing Officers) of major domestic clients. This event was organized as part of the 'Chief Collaboration Circle (CCC)', an annual program operated by Megazone Cloud for executives of major companies.
The event focused on AI use cases and security management in marketing and finance departments so that even non-developers can use AI tools to increase productivity. The main contents consisted of AI project failure factors and success strategies, AI-based cybersecurity, and practical AI coding practice for CFOs and CMOs.
CEO Yeom Dong-hoon said in his opening remarks, “In the AI era, simply being exposed at the top of search results cannot be a marketing strategy,” and “We prepared this event so that business leaders can seek new competitiveness in a rapidly changing environment.”
Seo Gil-ju, head of the AIR Innovation Unit, gave a presentation on the topic of “Commonalities of Failing AI Projects” and explained, “The reason why more than 80% of AI projects fail is due to excessive expectations that technology will immediately lead to results and the absence of a governance system.” He continued, “Collaboration with partners with expertise is the key to success,” and emphasized, “Megazone Cloud is an AI native partner with numerous successful cases.”
“As the spread of AI increases the channels for information utilization, hackers’ attack targets are also increasing, making security increasingly important,” said Suyoung Wi, head of the HALO unit, who announced “Protecting Brands with Cybersecurity.”
In particular, the event featured a hands-on session using the AI-based coding tool ‘Vibe Coding’, where CFOs and CMOs experienced the site construction process firsthand. One of the participants, APX Consulting Director Kim Min-ho, commented, “It was beneficial because I was able to implement functions more easily than I expected as a non-developer.”
