Defense AI leading company Funjin (CEO Deukhwa Kim) announced on the 22nd that it will participate in the 'Population Issue Awareness Improvement Relay Campaign' co-hosted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea Human Resources Development Institute.
This campaign is a nationwide relay campaign that recognizes the social changes we are facing, such as low birth rates, aging population, and changes in population structure, and creates a consensus for improvement. Starting with the Ministry of Health and Welfare, public institutions and private companies are participating.
Funjin was appointed by AI financial company Agen Global to take over this campaign, and joined the campaign with the belief that awareness of the current population problem must be improved in order for everyone to move forward happily, just like the mission of Funjin.
At the corporate level, Funjin operates a variety of welfare systems to respond to the issues of low birth rates and aging population, such as marriage and childbirth subsidies, flexible work hours for childcare, maternity leave, family condo memberships, and child education support. At the same time, it helps its members achieve sustainable growth through various programs, such as a telecommuting system for the quality of life and self-development of employees, support for in-house clubs, and support for master's and doctoral degree tuition and acquisition of qualifications.
Kim Deuk-hwa, CEO of Pungjin, said, “As an AIoT company that helps make better decisions through technology, I believe we must also take responsibility for responding to changes in the population structure.” He added, “We will continue to create a work-life balance and family-friendly culture so that our employees do not give up on marriage and childbirth.”
