
AIoT (Artificial Intelligence Internet of Things) specialized company Akara Life Co., Ltd. (Co-CEOs Hyuncheol Kim and Sangheon Lee) announced on the 29th that it signed a joint business agreement (MOU) with Hanyang Cyber University, Daeyang CIS Co., Ltd., and Yung Korea Electric Co., Ltd. to vitalize the intelligent home industry and cultivate practical talent.
The agreement was signed at Hanyang Cyber University on July 24th, with key representatives from various organizations and companies in attendance. The participating organizations are companies and educational institutions with technological prowess and field experience in smart home technologies, intelligent lighting systems, and other intelligent home-related fields.
The primary goal of this agreement is to establish a practical industry-academia collaboration system that links education and employment, based on a nationally certified Intelligent Home Management Specialist certification program and a practice-oriented curriculum. To achieve this, the participating institutions will collaborate in various areas, including: cultivating professional talent, technology exchange, joint project management, and planning social contribution programs.
Min Yeon-ah, director of Hanyang Cyber University's Lifelong Education Center, said, "This agreement is a practical model of cooperation that organically connects education and industry, and we will expand the scope of cooperation to cover all digital convergence fields such as AI, big data, and intelligent homes in the future."
“Intelligent homes will become an essential part of residential spaces in the near future,” said Akara Life Co-CEO Lee Sang-heon. “We plan to continue investing in talent development to proactively respond to the industry’s future demands.”
