Suri&, an integrated technology installation and maintenance platform operator, announced on the 29th that it has attracted investment from the 'CNT Tech-DB Dream Big Investment Association' jointly formed by accelerator CNT Tech and DB Capital, a new technology business finance company affiliated with DB Group.
Surien provides nationwide installation and after-sales services for various industries, including electric vehicle chargers, kiosks, POS, water purifiers, and vehicle equipment (GPS/DTG), centered on a customer experience-based CS (customer service) platform. Furthermore, it has established an integrated technology support system suited to the digital transformation era.
The company has digitized the entire process, including customer service, technician assignment, work history management, real-time notification messaging, and quality feedback, through its proprietary integrated customer support platform. This has enabled operational efficiency improvements in three areas: automating customer responses, strengthening on-site technician responsiveness, and standardizing service quality.
Additionally, we have a field-oriented service infrastructure based on a technician-only app and a region-based automatic assignment system, and we are also strengthening real-time communication between customers and technicians and post-service feedback management functions through a KakaoTalk-based communication system and dedicated manager linkage.
DB Capital team leader Kang Seok-min, who led this investment, said, “Surien is a company with platform capabilities that can complement the limitations of after-sales service for small and medium-sized home appliances,” and evaluated that “it has high potential to grow into an integrated CS platform company in the future by providing convenience to both home appliance manufacturers and consumers.”
“Customer service goes beyond mere satisfaction and plays a crucial role in securing brand loyalty,” said Hyunsoon Choi, team leader at CNT Tech. “We expect Surien to establish itself as a platform that can provide real value to both companies and customers based on its practical experience and technological prowess.”
“Surien aims to provide a platform service based on technological quality, rather than simply providing installation services,” said Song Sang-cheol, CEO of Surien. “In the future, we plan to expand the scope of our services to include technology areas related to IoT and smart cities.”
