– A customer-centric operating model that has caught the attention of overseas MBAs.

Apartmentary, a premium apartment interior design company, announced that it participated in a corporate visit program for MBA students from Korea, China, and Japan hosted by Yonsei University's School of Business.
This program brought together MBA students from Yonsei University, Tsinghua University in China, and Keio University in Japan to learn about the characteristics of the Korean housing industry and the digital transformation of the remodeling market. Apartmentary has been selected as a visiting company for a major overseas MBA program for the second time this year, following a visit by MBA students from the Wharton School in May, drawing attention as a leading example of global management education.
The program began with a brand introduction, followed by a consultation simulation experience, an office tour, and a Q&A session. Particularly, through a consultation simulation utilizing Apartmentary's proprietary app, "My Peach," participants experienced how a customer-centric communication structure and real-time operating system are applied to real-world services.
Professor Seungwoo Lee of Yonsei University's School of Business said, "Having experienced Apartmentary as an actual customer, I was very impressed by the transparent communication and systematic management method." He added, "In the interior design market, where information asymmetry is severe, the case of redefining the problem based on customer experience provides common insights regardless of country or market."
Kim Jun-young, co-CEO of Apartmentary, said, “This visit was an opportunity to confirm that a business model that started from customer inconvenience can be used as a case study in management education.” He added, “We will continue to prepare to ensure that the structured operating method that we have built around customer experience can operate meaningfully overseas as well.”
Meanwhile, since its establishment in 2015, Apartmentary has grown based on transparency and customer trust, including its fixed-price quotation system and dedicated after-sales service. Driven by strong interest in Korea's spatial aesthetics, Apartmentary established a Hong Kong subsidiary last year and is rapidly expanding its local clientele.
