Aettech Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Bliss & Reels

AETECH (CEO Taehyung Park), an AI-based resource circulation solution company, announced on the 30th that it has entered the Oceania market by signing an exclusive distribution agreement with Bliss & Reels, an Australian industrial machinery and equipment supply company.

Through this agreement, Aettech has secured exclusive distribution rights to supply its automated waste sorting solutions across Australia and New Zealand, and the two companies will jointly pursue local distribution and business expansion.

Founded in 1948, Bliss & Reels is a leading Australian industrial equipment distributor, serving as the exclusive agent for global manufacturers of automation and high-efficiency solutions. Headquartered in Melbourne, Bliss & Reels has a distribution network and customer base spanning Australia and New Zealand, serving the waste management and recycling industries.

Prior to signing this agreement, Aitech operated a joint booth with Bliss & Reels at the ReGen 2025 recycling exhibition held in Sydney from July 23rd to 24th, showcasing its technological prowess to local customers. During the exhibition, Aitech's AI-powered waste sorting solution received positive reviews from local stakeholders for its practical applicability and efficiency.

During its visit, Aitech also discussed partnerships with approximately nine related companies, including Cleanaway, Australia's largest waste management company. Cleanaway operates multiple recycling and waste treatment facilities (MRFs) across Australia, and Aitech visited these facilities to discuss the potential for technology adoption and collaborative approaches. Aitech also conducted on-site inspections of various types of waste management facilities to analyze market demand and the applicability of its solutions.

An Aettech official stated, “Through this distribution agreement, we have secured a stable entry channel into the Oceania market based on Bliss & Reels’ strong local network,” and “Through collaborations with major companies, including Cleanaway, we plan to fully export AI technology to enhance the global resource circulation infrastructure.”
