Green Roof Participates in the Apartment/Building Management Industry Exhibition

Smart clothing collection solution startup Green Loop (CEO Kangjin Han) announced that it will participate in the 'Apartment/Building Management Industry Exhibition' held at COEX in Seoul from July 30 to August 2, 2025.

This exhibition is the largest professional event for apartment complex and facility management in Korea, with a large number of participants from the National Apartment Tenants' Representative Council, housing managers, management office directors, and contract management companies.

During the exhibition, Greenroof will showcase a smart recycling system at booth B732 in Hall B, which integrates an IoT-based clothing collection box, an integrated central control system, and the user rewards app "Payiot." This system, an evolution of traditional, simple collection methods, encourages voluntary participation from residents and enhances the efficiency of collection and management.

The exhibition will also showcase effective resource management strategies, focusing on practical operational examples applicable to apartment complex operations. This is expected to attract the attention of practitioners at tenant representative meetings, management offices, and other on-site organizations.

Greenroof's technology is closely linked to the main themes of this exhibition, including "Eco-Friendly and ESG Facilities," "Smart Management Technology," and "Landscaping and Community." The company is systematizing resource circulation systems within apartment complexes to reduce environmental burden and implementing an ESG practice model that residents can directly participate in.
