Bridge Maker selected for the 18th batch of Shinbo's "Startup NEST"

Darimaker (CEO Kang Ho-san), which operates a family workation service that includes child care, was selected as the final company for the 18th social venture selection process of the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund's 'Start-up NEST'.

"Start-up NEST" is the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund's flagship incubation program. It identifies promising startups operating in innovative growth sectors related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution and provides intensive support through acceleration, customized startup credit guarantees, direct investment and investment attraction support, consulting, marketing, and space support. For this 18th cohort, only six companies, including Dariemaker, were selected from the social venture sector.

Darimaker operates a welfare model that simultaneously promotes work-life balance and regional coexistence through its family-oriented workcation service, "Durun Durun." This service stands out by offering a family-oriented workcation environment that integrates healing and teamwork programs for parents with childcare services.

In fact, Bridge Maker has collaborated with public institutions such as Namhae County, Namwon City Hall, and the National Pension Service, and through this, it is functioning as a practical alternative that supports the implementation of welfare systems such as work-life balance and family-friendly certification.

CEO Kang Ho-san said, “To create a sustainable organization, welfare is not a one-time event, but requires a structural and strategic design,” and added, “I hope that this selection of startup NEST will serve as an opportunity to contribute to the realization of work-life balance in more organizations and public institutions.”
