Tenacious Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Jeong-hoon), which operates the AI-based US stock information platform 'StockNow', announced on the 30th that it has officially launched 'StockNow Pro Membership', a paid subscription service for individual investors that provides real-time breaking news and in-depth stock information.
StockNow, powered by AI technology, has been providing free real-time earnings call interpretation and translation, earnings announcement calendars, and news briefings to individual investors investing in US stocks. This membership program, reflecting feedback from key users, aims to reduce information asymmetry by providing faster, more in-depth content and assisting with investment decisions. This subscription-based service is designed to address this issue.

In particular, our global economic news bulletin operates under a license with a specialized data vendor that supplies news to global hedge funds and institutional investors. Compared to similar services costing around 300,000 won per month, this service guarantees institutional-level information access and decision-making speed for individual investors, while AI analysis provides contextual interpretation of news and market impact.
StockNow also uses AI to summarize performance reports of U.S. listed companies, including company-specific performance schedules, key figures (Revenue, EPS), sector-specific performance, guidance, and explanations of positive and negative factors, and shares them in real time with its Pro Membership members.
Existing StockNow general members can view real-time breaking news content and summaries of U.S. listed company performance reports three hours after they are released to Pro Membership members, and can use the earnings call voice interpretation service for 60 minutes per month.
During a one-month pilot period prior to the official launch, news usage for Pro Members was over 120% higher than for regular members, and even within Pro Members, the number of visits per person for Pro Membership breaking news content increased by approximately 50% compared to regular news, proving the feature's effectiveness in both feedback and usage metrics.
