Real Estate Planet (CEOs Jeong Su-min and Eom Hyeon-po), a big data and AI-based commercial real estate specialized proptech company, announced on the 31st that it has signed a real estate data provision contract with domestic game company Krafton .
Through this agreement, Real Estate Planet will provide Krafton with real estate-related data for the next five years and provide brokerage services for its employees. To effectively meet brokerage demand and provide customized services tailored to the needs of its members, primarily in Seoul and the greater Seoul area, Real Estate Planet plans to fully establish a cooperative system with licensed real estate agents in August.
To meet the growing demand for corporate brokerage services, Real Estate Planet plans to shift beyond a simple joint brokerage model through its subsidiary, Real Estate Planet Real Estate Brokerage, to a collaborative structure centered on official partners with advisory and execution capabilities. Official partners are selected through a pre-application and vetting process, and will receive various practical opportunities and marketing benefits, including activity fee support and YouTube content filming.
Jeong Su-min, CEO of Real Estate Planet, said, “This contract has become an opportunity to further enhance Real Estate Planet’s service competitiveness by stably providing real estate data needed by corporate clients and linking it with practical brokerage services,” and added, “We will continue to expand our services for companies based on our platform and data.”
