
Cosem Co., Ltd., a company specializing in scanning electron microscope (SEM)-based convergence industrial equipment, announced on the 1st that it participated in the 'M&M 2025 (Microscopy & Microanalysis)', an academic and industrial exhibition in the field of microscopy held in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA in July, and unveiled its new technology.
At this exhibition, Cosem unveiled "Deep 3D," a 3D imaging software capable of visualizing depth information in SEM images. The software attracted the attention of industry insiders, drawing attention for its potential applications in fields requiring three-dimensional analysis.
During the exhibition, COSEM also hosted a "Lunch & Learn" technology session on the topic of "Compact EBSD with Tabletop SEM." The session introduced COSEM's newly developed integrated compact SEM and EBSD solution, followed by a discussion on its technical practicality and potential industrial applications.
“Participating in this exhibition provided an opportunity to directly introduce Cosem’s technological competitiveness to overseas markets and expand contacts with experts in various industrial fields,” said Kim Yong-ju, Vice President (CTO and CMO) of Cosem. “We plan to continue to focus on developing advanced equipment that can provide practical value in research and manufacturing fields.”
