Poonglim Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Jeong-seok) announced on the 4th that it has been selected for the "2025 Labor-Management Culture Excellence Company" award by the Ministry of Employment and Labor for the second consecutive year. This selection is a recognition of the organization's efforts to foster labor-management trust and cooperation, as well as a sustainable work environment, since its initial certification in 2022.
The certificate award ceremony was held at the Seoul Regional Employment and Labor Office on July 29th.
Poonglim Pharmaceutical has established a positive organizational culture by implementing various labor-management policies, including operating regular labor-management councils and business improvement meetings, raising starting salaries for college graduates and improving personnel systems, expanding training to enhance job competency, implementing shortened work hours and family-friendly systems, and engaging in social contribution activities for the mutual benefit of the local community.
CEO Lee Jeong-seok said, “We will continue to develop a corporate culture based on trust and respect, where everyone feels proud.”
