S&I Corporation (CEO Hyung Won-jun, hereinafter referred to as S&I), a comprehensive real estate management company based on proptech, announced on the 4th that it has been selected as the final asset management (PM) operator for Parnas Tower, a landmark building in Gangnam, Seoul.
Parnas Tower is a 39-story, prime office building with a total floor area of 104,215.94 m2 (approximately 31,525 pyeong). S&I has been the asset manager of Parnas Tower since its completion in 2016. S&I successfully secured the contract in this bid, leveraging its 10 years of stable operational experience and expertise.
With this order, SNI plans to further enhance the safety and health management level of Parnas Tower by establishing specific and systematic implementation plans to strengthen the building safety and health system, including enhancing the compliance system with the Serious Disaster Punishment Act, establishing an annual education and training plan for operation and management personnel, and establishing a safety and health budget.
Furthermore, based on the facility improvement plans and long-term repair plans identified by the technical team, a systematic inspection and proactive maintenance plan will be developed for Parnas Tower, which is approaching its 10th anniversary. This plan aims to continuously secure the building's value and safety, and establish an operational system optimized for operational efficiency and management, thereby maximizing the building's long-term value.
