Innogrid (CEO Myungjin Kim) , a cloud computing and digital transformation specialist, announced on the 5th that it was finally selected as a supplier for the '2025 SaaS Transformation Consulting Support Project' hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA).
This project was launched to provide SaaS conversion consulting to SW companies with existing on-premise software to strengthen their competitiveness in the cloud market.
Innogrid has been implementing cloud migration projects for domestic public institutions since 2020, accumulating experience in MSA design and multi-cloud architecture construction across diverse industries, including the Gyeongbuk Provincial Government, Hwaseong City, Busan Metropolitan City, and Ulsan Metropolitan City. This selection is a result of Innogrid's highly regarded systemic consulting process, customized migration strategies for demanding companies, and stable technological infrastructure.
Going forward, Innogrid will provide consulting services across the entire SaaS transition process, including corporate environment analysis, business model development, and service architecture design, to matched companies seeking SaaS conversion. After analyzing the company's existing business model into nine key elements, Innogrid designs a scalable and flexible SaaS business model. Furthermore, Innogrid will assess the application development and operation status and provide technical consulting on various SaaS architectures, including multi-tenancy, MSA, and cloud native.
