Hi, we have signed a business agreement with Elfobox.

Digital healthcare company Hi Inc. (CEO Jinwoo Kim) announced on the 5th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with edutech company Elpobox (CEO Hyunwoo Jang) on July 31st to jointly promote a business targeting seniors.

This agreement comes as Elfobox expands its business beyond its existing focus on children's education content to include the senior market. Through this collaboration, both companies plan to leverage their respective capabilities to develop customized content for seniors and enhance healthcare solutions.

Leveraging its educational content planning and development capabilities, Elfobox is developing new senior content designed to enhance emotional stability and cognitive function, including art, music, and reminiscence. Hi, through its digital cognitive training solution "Samirang," has accumulated technology to prevent and manage cognitive decline in seniors based on personalized training data.

Going forward, the two companies plan to combine Elfobox's educational content expertise with Hi's technological prowess to enhance cognitive training effectiveness and expand content experiences that encourage active participation among seniors. Furthermore, they aim to accelerate the digital transformation of the senior care market and present a new, content-centric care model.

Elpobox CEO Jang Hyun-woo said, “We expect to create new value by applying the insights on immersion and growth gained during the development of children’s educational content to the senior market.”

“The collaboration between our two companies will serve as an opportunity to further elevate the quality of digital healthcare services for seniors,” said CEO Kim Jin-woo. “We will strengthen our competitiveness in the domestic senior care market with differentiated services that combine technology and content.”
