Neurogazer Signs Strategic Business Agreement with Dongcheon Donggang Hospital and Neulsaeron Clinic

Neurogazer (CEO Lee Heung-yeol), an AI-based brain analysis company, announced on the 5th that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with Dongcheon Donggang Hospital of Donggang Medical Foundation (Chairman Park Won-hee) and Ulsan Neulsaeron Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine Clinic (Director Choi Ji-hyun) for commercialization of brain analysis services and joint research.

This agreement aims to commercialize AI-based non-medical brain analysis services, facilitate data sharing and joint research, and develop a global standardization model. It aims to establish a collaborative system between the three organizations to simultaneously promote regional healthcare innovation, data-driven R&D, and global market entry. The signing ceremony took place on July 31st.

Neurogazer is the world's first company to develop an integrated brain information service for non-medical purposes that can analyze cognitive, emotional, and behavioral characteristics, as well as brain health risk factors, through a 40-minute brain MRI scan.

Under the agreement, Dongcheon Donggang Hospital will collect imaging data based on Neurogazer's MRI protocol, analyze it on Neurogazer's AI platform, and generate a report. This report will be delivered to clients through Neulsaeron Clinic, the sole provider of brain analysis services in the Ulsan area.

This collaboration is noteworthy because it involves hospitals, clinics, and AI technology companies, demonstrating the potential of the non-medical brain analysis market and simultaneously pursuing the development of a global standard model. Going forward, the three organizations plan to officially launch a non-medical brain analysis service for Ulsan residents, engage in joint clinical research on medical devices for mental health management in children and adolescents, target conditions like dementia and ADHD, expand global partnerships, and attract investment.

Neurogazer CEO Lee Heung-yeol stated, “This agreement is the first case of applying the brain analysis technology we have accumulated so far to an actual clinical environment, and is an important starting point for the global standardization of AI-based brain health management services.”

Donggang Medical Foundation Chairman Park Won-hee said, “As a leading regional general hospital, we are honored to have the opportunity to provide cutting-edge brain analysis services and contribute to the development of next-generation medical devices.”

“We plan to provide practical healthcare solutions to the local community through a service model that combines non-medical analysis and traditional medicine,” said Choi Ji-hyun, director of Nuelsaeron Clinic.
