Global AI agent startup Liner (CEO Jinwoo Kim) announced on the 5th that it will operate a special scholarship program for researchers participating in 'Agents4Science 2025', an AI author-centered academic event.
"Agents4Science 2025" is an international conference hosted by Stanford University in the United States. It is an innovative academic event where AI participates as first authors and peer reviewers of scientific papers. The conference aims to foster a central role for AI in scientific research.
Under the philosophy that "anyone can research with AI as a colleague," Liner provides participating researchers with a free plan for its top-tier AI agent, "Liner Max." This allows researchers to utilize AI to complete the entire paper writing process, including hypothesis refinement, literature search, citation compilation, and peer review.
Additionally, Liner plans to provide a 10 million won scholarship to research teams whose papers are accepted to "Agents4Science 2025." Each individual paper accepted will receive 10 million won. This scholarship program is part of a global AI initiative aimed at fostering creative research utilizing AI technology.
Researchers interested in participating can submit applications by October 17th via the official Liner website or the QR code on the scholarship program poster. Applications should include their name, affiliation, motivation for participation, and research topic. Liner will review the submitted documents and select finalists. The "Liner Max" plan will be provided free of charge until the paper review results are announced on October 22nd.
“This program will serve as an opportunity to demonstrate a new research paradigm utilizing AI,” said Kim Jin-woo, CEO of Liner. “Liner is focusing on developing technologies so that AI can play a practical role as a researcher’s colleague.”
