V Dream Co., Ltd. (CEO Minji Kim), which provides customized work-from-home solutions for the disabled, announced that it is recruiting the 6th class of 'practical IT training' to strengthen the practical capabilities of users of its specialized work-from-home system 'Flipped' and job seekers with disabilities.

This sixth training session is open to both job seekers with disabilities and current employees. The curriculum consists of immediately applicable content, including: ChatGPT Basics and Advanced, Office OA (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Spreadsheets), Computerized Accounting, Marketing, and Design. Recruitment for the sixth session continues until August 18th.

This hands-on IT training program aims to improve the digital skills essential for working from home. Holders of the National Tomorrow Learning Card can receive reimbursement of their co-payments if certain conditions are met, making participation cost-free. V-Dream began this program in April, updating its curriculum monthly and steadily recruiting students. The recently concluded third course achieved a 100% completion rate, demonstrating high satisfaction with the program.

V-Dream prioritizes selecting students with a strong desire for career development and a high level of job readiness. Participants who complete the training will also be given priority information on V-Dream's telecommuting job openings for the disabled, as well as benefits such as personal possession of the training video.

Kim Min-ji, CEO of V Dream, said, “This training is a practical program to help disabled workers acquire practical skills that can be actually used in the remote work field.” She added, “We will continue to expand job-focused training to enhance the expertise of disabled workers and continue to successfully connect them with more companies for employment.”

Meanwhile, 'Flipped', a specialized work-from-home system for the disabled operated by V-Dream, provides a work environment optimized for each type of disability and incorporates an AI matching system, providing high employment efficiency and satisfaction to both companies and disabled workers.
