
AI and big data specialist Vibe Company (CEO Kim Kyung-seo) announced on the 6th that it has won a contract for K Bank's 'Knowledge Management System (KMS) advancement' project and has begun full-scale system reorganization.
This project aimed to improve the quality of K Bank's customer service and lay the foundation for transitioning to next-generation systems, including automated customer consultations. A notable feature of this project is its design, which incorporates expanded AI capabilities, including large-scale language modeling (LLM) technology.
For this project, Vibe Company will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive next-generation KMS, including consulting on a knowledge management system, implementing LLM-based natural language search capabilities, real-time loading of a vector database (Vector DB), and API integration with external systems. The goal is to respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries while ensuring efficiency and consistency in consulting services.
The project is designed to enable counselors to check and utilize necessary information in real time through integration with internal counseling systems, and is structured to allow for gradual advancements in the future, such as AI-based customer intent analysis and automatic recommendation response functions.
Vibe Company CEO Kim Kyung-seo stated, “This project is the foundation for simultaneously strengthening consulting efficiency and information reliability in the financial sector,” and added, “We will implement a customer-centric knowledge utilization system suited to the AI era.”
