Allmytour , an AI-based global bedbank solution company, announced on the 6th that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Gloucester Hotel Group to attract foreign tourists.
The signing ceremony took place on July 31st at the Gloucester Hotel in Incheon, and was attended by key officials from both companies, including All My Tour's Chief Operating Officer (COO) Jeong Hyeon-il, Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Wi Jong-seok, Gloucester Hotel Group's Vice President Ko Gil-nam, and General Manager Moon Jae-seong.
Gloucester Hotel Group is a domestic hotel operator that operates approximately 1,400 guest rooms and ancillary facilities in Jeju, Cheongju, Jeonju, and Incheon. It also plans to open a branch in Yeongjong, Incheon. In June, it became the first consignment operator of a condominium hotel to successfully attract external investment, demonstrating its growth potential within the industry.
AllmyTour operates a global API-based distribution platform that connects the needs of accommodation facilities and travel agencies around the world. Through this agreement, AllmyTour plans to develop integrated accommodation and tour products targeting foreign tourists by linking the rooms owned by Gloucester Hotel Group with its own distribution network.
The two companies plan to simultaneously enhance tourist satisfaction and corporate trust through practical collaboration, including joint marketing, customer-focused events, and regular meetings to improve service quality. Furthermore, they will pursue a strategy of expanding their Seoul-centric accommodation inventory to regional tourist destinations by securing a nationwide room supply network.
Through this collaboration, All My Tour is expected to strengthen its ties with OTAs and travel agencies in Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia, and further expand its position as a global distribution platform.
Going forward, the two companies plan to analyze performance, including reservation rates and customer feedback, through a one-year pilot operation, and based on this analysis, they will also consider gradually expanding the scope of their cooperation.
“We aim to provide differentiated accommodation experiences to foreign tourists through collaborations with companies that possess tourism IT technology,” said Gilnam Koh, Vice President of Gloucester Hotel Group. “All My Tour is a partner with strengths in global distribution, and we expect this collaboration to have a positive impact on revitalizing local tourism.”
All My Tour COO Jeong Hyeon-il said, “This agreement is a practical partnership that goes beyond simple distribution links and includes cooperation in various aspects such as operations and marketing,” and added, “We will actively respond to the demand for foreign tourism through continuous package development and expansion of global channels.”
