AI technology company Crowdworks announced that it was selected as a representative vendor in a report on ‘Financial Sector Generative AI Platform’ recently published by global market research firm Gartner.
This report, titled "Market Guide for Generative AI Platforms in Banking and Investment Services," surveyed 30 global companies providing generative AI platforms specialized in the banking and investment services industries. Crowdworks, one of the Korean companies included in the list, was evaluated as possessing technological competitiveness in the global generative AI market.
Gartner categorized generative AI platforms into four technology layers: infrastructure, model access, AI engineering, and applications. Crowdworks was recognized as a company with capabilities in three areas: generative AI model access, engineering, and applications, excluding infrastructure.
In particular, the generative AI engineering area is a technology area that includes model development, deployment, monitoring, as well as data management, prompt engineering, vector databases, compliance, and governance. Gartner analyzed that this area is a key area that will lead to technological differentiation between platforms.
Crowdworks supports the adoption of generative AI technology in various fields, including the financial industry, and announced that this evaluation recognized its technology implementation and operational capabilities.
Crowdworks CEO Wooseung Kim said, “The listing in the Gartner report reflects Crowdworks’ generative AI technology and service capabilities,” and added, “We will continue to strengthen our role as a cooperative partner for the introduction of reliable generative AI in various industries, including finance.”
