Smart Ride Signs Business Agreement with iParking

Smart Ride (CEO Wooyoung Lee), a digital innovation company in the transportation industry, announced on the 7th that it signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with parking platform operator iParking (CEO Taenyeon Ha) on August 5th for ‘enhancing smart parking infrastructure for transportation businesses.’

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to pursue cooperation focusing on three key tasks: ▲development of a linkage business between the Smart Ride platform and the iParking parking solution, ▲joint development of smart parking solutions and new services for transportation operators, and ▲service expansion through joint marketing and promotional activities.

The company explained that this agreement goes beyond a simple partnership and aims to combine the technological prowess and operational experience of both companies to drive digital transformation in the transportation industry and innovation in parking infrastructure.
